VYQ (“we”, “us”) sells heavyweight hoodies and custom-printed hoodies online and ships across India. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You need an account to add items to your cart and place orders. Keep your login details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens differ, so a shade may look slightly different in person.

We may change prices or discontinue a product at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it on the order confirmation page, and we may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.

Payment is online only (UPI, card or netbanking) through our secure payment partner. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Custom hoodies are made to order from the text and artwork you submit. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful or offensive material. We may refuse or cancel a custom order that breaks this rule. The on-screen 3D preview is a guide; the final print may vary slightly in size and position. We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather and your location. Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct, because we can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to wrong details.

The VYQ name, logo, designs, photos and website content belong to VYQ. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, VYQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
