• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Order details — delivery address, phone number, items ordered and payment status.
• Custom designs — the text and artwork you upload in the customizer.
• Technical data — basic device and browser information and cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working.

• To process, ship and support your orders.
• To verify your email with a one-time code when you sign up.
• To send order updates and respond to your messages.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
• To send offers or news, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run VYQ: our database and hosting providers, payment processors (such as Cashfree) and courier partners who deliver your parcel. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Online payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

We use a small number of essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in and remember your cart. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may then stop working.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account.

You can view and update your name in your profile, and you can ask us to correct or delete your personal data by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong, unique password.

VYQ sells kids' hoodies, but accounts and purchases are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
